About you

We are seeking motivated graduates, or post-graduates with at least a 2:1 in a relevant degree to join the Regen team. Relevant degrees might include; environmental sciences, economics, engineering, mathematics, geography and the arts, but we are also keen to hear from graduates from other disciplines with a strong interest in sustainable energy, policy or communications.

What you will be doing

This role is designed to expand our external communications activities and increase our reach, organisational impact and influence, to transform our energy system. Joining Regen’s networks and policy team, who also run the Electricity Storage Network (ESN), you’ll have a passion and commitment for understanding and communicating complex information in digestible formats and be driven by making an impact.

Knowledge and experience

The successful candidate should demonstrate experience of a range of the following:

 

  • Excellent copy-writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and stimulating text for a range of audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to produce technical or non-technical summaries of complex issues.
  • Knowledge and interest in UK politics.
