15:00 – 18:00
Regen’s solar developer forum brings together leading players in the sector with key policy makers and regulators to discuss how to enable large scale solar to become a successful and sustainable sector, playing a key role in the UK’s energy future and decarbonisation targets.
With new government in place, the next session of Regen’s solar developer forum will examine the speed and scale of deployment of subsidy free solar and storage, and how we can address the constraints on that development caused by the grid.
The forum will hear from Nigel Turvey, who leads Western Power Distribution’s DSO and future networks work and chairs the industry Open Networks initiative, and from Regen on our radical recommendations to develop our energy network infrastructure to enable a zero carbon energy system. This will be followed by a panel of leading solar and storage investors and developers.
The event is kindly hosted by Osborne Clarke.
