The enterprise was established by local residents in 2012 with the aim of making Lawrence Weston a better place to live and work after a decline in services.

As a part of this, Ambition Lawrence Weston have facilitated the ‘Lawrence Weston Community Network’ to bring organisations together and encourage joint energy projects including delivering community energy projects that give critical support to their residents.
