Regen and the Electricity Storage Network have responded to Ofgem's ten-year review of the Capacity Market rules consultation. This consultation built upon the Department for Net Zero and Energy Security's phase 1 consultation in January 2023 and phase 2 consultation in November 2023, and is working alongside the Review of Electricity Market Arrangements (REMA) which is also looking at Capacity Market reform options.
