Alison has extensive experience in the energy sector, including a long tenure at National Grid where she held a number of senior roles in legal, governance, commercial, and risk and compliance.
Since leaving National Grid, she has been a non-executive director and chairman of Pulse Clean Energy Limited and a non-executive director of AusNet, which owns and operates electricity and gas networks in Victoria, Australia.
In all her roles she has been instrumental in working to enable the transition to a cleaner energy system and was attracted to the role of chair of Regen to continue this work, particularly as the focus increasingly shifts to delivering the infrastructure and markets needed to deliver a sustainable clean energy future.
Alison is married and lives in Stratford-upon-Avon. Outside work she enjoys travelling, theatre and many different sporting activities.
