Tim most recently led Regen's work on flexibility and demand response, with a particular focus on domestic and retail markets. Joining Regen in 2010, Tim built a wealth of experience across the energy system, including retrofit, heat networks and marine renewables, before focusing on local area energy planning, innovation and customer engagement. In 2024 he completed a Churchill Fellowship on non-financial demand response incentives.
