This online training workshop was for anyone interested in helping their rural community get to net zero and wanted to know more about practical local energy projects to achieve this. With Northern Powergrid, Regen and the Regional Energy Hubs, we explored projects which are viable in rural areas now, from energy efficiency advice to network innovation. We shared case studies from leading groups, and heard about the lessons from successful and more challenging Rural Community Energy Funded projects.
