National Grid: Net Zero Communities Forum – Exeter
Exeter Phoenix
Gandy St
Exeter
EX4 3LS
Friday 14 June
12:00pm- 4:00pm
This National Grid forum, run with the support of Regen, is an open event for all individuals, local authorities, and groups involved or interested in helping achieve net zero within their local area.
Our first in-person session of the year will bring a focus on partnering with local authorities and other organisations, and low carbon heat, as well as breakouts on engaging effectively with your community and creating impactful funding applications. There will also be plenty of opportunities to network with various teams from National Grid, such as the network planning team.
This event is open to any individual regardless of their level of experience in the sector. We recognise the range of organisations and groups interested in the net zero transition and therefore endeavour to make all of our sessions accessible to everyone. There will be a short, optional ‘intro to community energy’ session just before the beginning of the forum.
