To celebrate ten years of our vibrant women in renewables network, we planned an event in the city where it all began!
We gathered on the roof terrace at Osborne Clarke in Bristol for a party to mark ReWiRE’s 10th anniversary.
Over the past decade we’ve supported over 300 women via our mentoring programme, welcomed over 750 women at our training and events and empowered you all to advocate for greater female presence and leadership across our sector at a senior level.
At our birthday celebrations we assessed how far we’ve come in a decade, both in terms of renewables targets and female leadership, as well as next steps to address the challenges that lie ahead. We recognised some of the iconic women leaders across our industry and also enjoyed some drinks and music on the rooftop garden!
The event was kindly supported by National Grid’s Women’s Network, which we’ve worked with closely over the past decade and hosted by Osborne Clarke.
