ReWire: Women in Energy Innovation Reception
House of Commons
Thursday 17th November
6:30pm-9:30pm
In these unprecedented times of crisis, innovation in our energy system is more important than ever before.
To meet the scale of the challenges we face today with courage and ambition we need to break down the traditional silos of the energy system and engage a much wider range of people and organisations, all
working together to unlock the energy system of the future and to get us to net zero.
Regen is delighted to be working with Innovate UK to host an evening reception at the
House of Commons to celebrate the fantastic women we have working across the whole
system in heat, power and transport.
We heard from:
- Rachel Hayes, associate director, Regen
- Kayte O’Neill, director of system transformation, Future System Operator
- MP for North Devon and Chair of the Celtic Sea APPG, Selaine Saxby
