Grace is driving work on energy justice, just transitions and community energy at Regen. Skilled at working with diverse partners across complex energy transition projects, Grace combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to social equity, building the key principles of justice and equity into the wider energy transition at a local and national scale. She does this by developing evidence-based strategies that ensure the shift to cleaner energy is fair, inclusive and effective.
Grace has pioneered just transition and community capacity analysis for Regen, to identify and understand the types of organisations supporting communities on the ground, and the interaction between this community network, socioeconomic vulnerability and climate risk.
